What are the responsibilities and job description for the MMA Coach position at UFC GYM?
Overview
- At UFC GYM, our MMA instructors are primarily responsible for engaging members in the benefits of one-on-one coaching and helping members to achieve their fitness goals. There are opportunities to instruct early morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes available.
- Lead one hour fitness and technique group classes using real techniques.
- Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing members.
- Assist sales associates to convert first time clients to members
- Guide and educate members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs.
- Work hard, have a passion for fitness and UFC, and bring enthusiasm every day.
- KickBoxing/Boxing/MMA experience or Group Fitness certification or KickBoxing/Boxing/MMA fitness training
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness.
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Related Degree Preferred (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology)
- Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Group Class Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary : $15 - $40
