Job Summary
This position requires a solid understanding of current design software and the ability to contribute to the design process from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the Graphic Designer will help convey UFCU’s brand and corporate identity through designs that connect with our members. The Graphic Designer should have a good understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for various projects within the brand guidelines and standards. This job reports to the Creative Services Manager.
Primary Objectives :
- Work on a variety of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Obtain input from managers and partners to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include multiple simultaneous projects.
- Assist in examining existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions that improve design capabilities.
