Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday, w/ some Sat 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Pay: $22.00/hr. Doe Bonus & Incentive (qtrly)
Your Purpose will be:
The person in this position will manage the operations of the branch and have the responsibility to support the overall branch performance. Their daily duties include transactional coaching while overseeing progress of individual team members and performance-based incentives. They will evaluate, train, develop, and coach team members and report directly to the branch manager. Also, all Credit Union employees are responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: To improve the financial well-being of our members, while providing world-class service.
What you’ll do:
- Meet performance standards and goals as set by the branch manager.
- Support overall branch performance goals.
- Develop and maintain new and existing member relationships.
- Responsible to ensure a high level of member service is achieved and maintained.
- Promote the Credit Union at off-site tabling and community events.
- Train, develop, motivate, coach and discipline team members; administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate actions as assigned by the branch manager.
- Ensure employees are knowledgeable in their job, positively engaged with members and help their members feel valued.
- Engage in daily mission based transactional coaching of each team member.
- Coach and model behaviors to build rapport, identify needs, recommend products, secure relationships, and build total commitment with members.
- Conduct consistent sales and team meetings.
- Build a strong and effective team.
- Manage and maintain security of the branch.
- Responsible for branch scheduling and platform rotation.
- Monitor all branch activities to ensure compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Responsible for risk management within the branch.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed.
- Other duties as assigned.

The experience you need to succeed:
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- Must have High School diploma, GED, or other equivalent.
- Prior experience in a financial banking institution strongly preferred.
- Experienced in employee management, training, and mentorship is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
- Competency in the operation of business machinery, computers, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, and financial accounting software.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Works primarily in a branch office environment with occasional trips to field environment locations. This includes but is not limited to various outdoor and indoor climates, public venues, and driving conditions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly need to: see, talk, hear, and perform repetitive movements with arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, grasp and reach. A computer, phone -possibly including a smart phone, and standard office equipment are normal tools for this position. Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close vision and distance vision. The employee may at times also need to: climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
