Pay: $18.75 - 23.50 /hr. doe Monthly incentive bonus.
Your Purpose Will Be
The person in this position will collect on member's share accounts having a negative balance. This position focuses mainly on the front end of delinquencies. Along with educating members about Overdraft Privilege and Overdraft Protection options. Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: To improve the financial well-being of our members, while providing world class service.

What You’ll Do
- Contacts members with negative balances on share accounts by phone and mail; takes appropriate action to bring current.
- Contacts members with delinquent loans and takes appropriate action to bring current.
- Reports members to Chex Systems for account abuse.
- Track accounts with negative shares for payment and prepare for charge off if not paid.
- Assists in achieving department's collection goals.
- Maintain low levels of negative shares.
- Contacts members to educate on Overdraft Privilege Options.
- Other duties as assigned.

The experience you need to succeed:
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Being team and goal oriented, well-spoken, along with a being good and active listener is required.
- Proficient with standard office business machinery and software. With working experience of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Works primarily in an office environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly need to: see, talk, hear, and perform repetitive movements with arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, grasp and reach. A computer, phone, and standard office equipment are normal tools for this position. Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close vision and distance vision. The employee may at times also need to: climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
