Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in grain handling and safety training provided by the company. You should also be able to multitask, read and write in English, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and shift work. They will also be able to work at heights up to 100 ft and in extreme climate conditions.
