Your responsibilities will include leading maintenance in the facility, developing preventative maintenance plans with department heads, managing maintenance technicians on call and maintenance schedules, coordinating with department heads on parts needed, scheduling employees, raw materials, and ingredients to ensure productivity, maintaining product standards, equipment accuracy, and calibrations, handling purchasing and installation of new or used equipment, and working with the QA/QC Lab and QS Management in maintaining a superior product and ensuring all products conform to specifications.
We require individuals with strong leadership skills, experience in grain conditioning/mill operations or feed milling, and familiarity with computerized maintenance/work order systems. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
