Job Summary:
Finisher employees are responsible for completing the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality in the items they produce.
- Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process.
- Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment.
- Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.
- Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor.
- Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging.
- Work with office staff as a team, and with respect.
- Effectively and efficiently manage time.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
