Key Responsibilities
- Update systems and work with load planners to communicate load information to drivers.
- Monitor the movement of trucks and freight from pickup and delivery by communicating with the drivers throughout the trip process.
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve any issues that may affect scheduled times for pickup or delivery.
- Notify drivers when required paperwork is missing or when equipment is scheduled for maintenance.
- Ensure drivers are trained on equipment and fill out daily VIR's.
- Manage driver performance reviews.
- Oversee driver timecard entry and vacations.
- Act as a liaison between drivers and maintenance during a breakdown event.

Requirements
- College degree in supply chain, business, financial, or other applicable focus area preferred.
- 2-4 year transportation experience preferred.
