Job Summary:
Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in manufacturing? Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards for our wood materials. You'll use prints, checklists, and various measuring devices to ensure both internal and external customer quality requirements are met. Working under immediate supervision, you'll perform inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process, including receiving, production cutting, assembly, packaging, storage, and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate Data Recording: Record measurements and other critical data meticulously.
Quality Assurance: Identify acceptable tolerances according to prints and documents, ensuring operations stay within these limits.
Production Oversight: Halt production and notify relevant personnel upon discovering nonconformances.
Issue Investigation: Assist in investigating quality issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Reporting: Prepare various reports and correspondence as needed.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, quality management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-2 years of management or quality assurance experience preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
