PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS BETWEEN $49,000 AND $52,000 PER YEAR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicating with customers - explaining repairs, answering questions, and providing estimates.
- Scheduling appointments - working with customers to prioritize repairs and schedule service times.
- Documenting services - recording all services that were approved or declined.
- Processing payments - handling orders, invoices, and payments.
- Following up with customers - keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Responsible for quality control - ensuring that the work is completed as requested.
