Responsibilities
- Manage RO process, including creation, closeout, and payments
- Manage parts process in coordination with the Parts department
- Coordinate with Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator to optimize scheduling for services
- Dispatch Mobile Unit and Technician for requested repairs
- Customer communication prior to and during repair
- Customer follow-up, including providing invoices and estimates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prospect -- Partner with Fleet staff to solicit Fleet business
- Marketing -- Partner with dealership Marketing Department to promote Mobile Service
- Work with Service department to ensure customers are scheduled for pickup delivery
- Loaner fleet management
- Participate in manufacturer supplied tests and training's
Qualifications
- Scheduling experience, like Medical or BDC, a plus
- Some experience as an office assistant is a plus
- Must be neat and organized
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Empathic demeanor with good listening skills
Hours
Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
