Responsibilities
-
Perform basic maintenance on the vehicles
-
Perform multi-point safety inspections
-
Lube-oil-filter, rotate tires, headlights, wipers, transmission service, radiator flush, air filters, etc.

Communicate with service advisors and customers
- Note work needed and provide estimate of cost
-
Attend training and shop meetings
-
Keep work area clean and orderly
- Keep needed supplies stocked
-
Assist technicians as needed
-
Assist porter when needed
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Previous technical experience preferred
- Basic Mechanical awareness
- Organized and able to work unsupervised
- Clean, neat, professional appearance
- Professional attitude
- Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Alternating Saturdays 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
