Job Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Oversee janitorial operations across the region, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, corporate, and retail accounts.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations and align with the company's standards of excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, control costs, and enhance service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to assess performance, maintain customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business to drive regional growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and onboard new clients.
- Leverage industry connections and local market expertise to expand the company's presence and reputation within the region.
- Financial Management:
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for the region, ensuring profitability and effective cost control.

- 10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on janitorial or facilities services in the region.
- Proven success leading operations and driving growth, particularly within the region's competitive commercial and retail markets.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing large, diverse teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of securing and managing major accounts.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the region to oversee operations, meet with clients, and conduct site visits.
