Candidate must have excellent organization skills and a proven track record to take high level directions and execute on tasks. This position will report to the UG2 Site Supervisor.
UG2 is seeking a candidate that can work well independently and, in a team, setting. This role is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm. Ideally, the individual to fill this role will be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Job Responsibilities
Office Administration and Operations Support:
- Responsible for administrative tasks—making copies of sign in sheets and log sheets.
- Oversee pm cleaning operations of assigned site.
- Ensure employees are following their cleaning schedules.
- Quality Control- conduct weekly janitorial cleaning inspections with an ability to analyze and determine deficiencies and corrective action plans.
- Inventory management
- Ability to coach and discipline employees when necessary.
- Conduct safety & technical skills training.
- Assist operations in troubleshooting client issues and responding to client inquiries when needed often by coordinating efforts with operations team members.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks alongside employees as needed: dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, trash removal, lab cleaning, sweeping and mopping.
- Minimum two-year experience in a professional environment.
- Proven multi-tasking capability and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels in the organization.
- Highly organized and deadline driven
- Highly responsive, able to adapt, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- This role is a full-time, hourly role.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Some experience in janitorial field.
- Bilingual proficiency English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and US Citizenship.
