In addition to operational management, the Assistant Director will play a crucial role in budget oversight and strategic planning for the division, ensuring effective management of payroll and expenses. This position also involves evaluating management performance to drive operational excellence. The Assistant Director will uphold rigorous employee onboarding standards, which include recruiting, training, and providing ongoing professional development to foster a high-performing team.
