Join our dynamic team, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office team and ensure the highest standards of service.
Position Summary: As the Front Office Supervisor, you will:
- Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise front office employees to ensure efficient and high-quality guest experiences.
- Support team members in handling guest requests and complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure everyone is informed about relevant guest and departmental matters.
- Perform bucket checks, income auditing, and monitor room inventories.
- Understand all hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor guest billing arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel fire, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Build strong relationships and cooperate with other hotel departments.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience working in supervisory role, preferably in hotels. Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)

Pay: $19.23 - $20.19 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
