This incumbent will provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities by prompting and reinforcing communication, instruction of new skills, and implementation of protocols to reduce undesirable behaviors. This will include the collecting of direct observational data, input of data into computer systems, graphing of data, and communication about data to staff and care providers. Attend and contribute to team meetings on client protocols.

Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. This involves following protocols as written by a supervising behavior analyst. Contributing input to the development of behavioral protocols.
Percentage of time 80 Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with prompting and reinforcing communication, instruction of new skills, and implementation of protocols to reduce undesirable behaviors. This will involve direct instruction of these skills to individuals or small groups.
Percentage of time 10 Duties/Responsibilities
Will collect direct observational data, input data into computer systems, graphing of that data, and communication about data to staff and care providers.
