- Collaborate closely with designers, social media staff, and other creatives to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and creative goals.

- Assist with capturing studio portraits, headshots, team photos, and content days.
- Edit, organize, and deliver imagery for use by social media, digital, communications, and external operations teams.
- Maintain an organized workflow for managing a high volume of images under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with designers, social media staff, and other creatives to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and creative goals.
- Stay current on photography trends in the sports and entertainment industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of applicable experience in photography or a related creative field.
- Experience photographing sports at the collegiate, professional, or high school level.
- Familiarity with studio lighting setups and off-camera flash.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; experience with Photo Mechanic or similar asset management tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and photographic techniques, especially in dynamic or low-light environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during game coverage.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven setting.
