Job Summary
Develop, update, implement, and present training courses in various technical subject matter for UGI personnel and contractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and update technical training programs utilizing UGI templates, recommended software, and the ADDIE process.
- Present and implement training programs. Maximize training effectiveness through the proper mix of instruction, discussion, student participation, and testing.
- Provide technical assistance to field personnel. Provide field evaluations, training and / or testing as requested by area management or codes requirements.
