Job Summary
Provide office expertise through utilization of various company programs and Microsoft Office for the support of all departments in the Williamsport area. Mainly supporting the OSS and Operations Departments (PNG Wide).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contractor Billing, sorting, organizing, and processing all Contractor Pipeline/Restoration billing for the Williamsport office. Enter/Track restoration cuts and enter orders for restoration billing. Maintain reports and filing system.
- Complete timesheets in R2 for field personnel. Complete and update weekly after-hours duty roster formulation.
- Financials, reconciling Fiori Inbox Notification, Requisition entry, Concur reconciling, Request for Checks, etc. for Williamsport office.
- Ordering office supplies, kitchen supplies, office, and field equipment/materials, filing, Support Williamsport Supervision and field personnel, assist in OSS projects and other duties as assigned.
- Backup, learning and maintaining knowledge to be the backup for OSS offices PNG wide.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
