We are searching for an expo! Our expos can handle the fast paced demands of a busy restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations.
- Communicating with FOH and BOH staff to ensure the correct food goes to the correct table in a timely manner.
- Assist in shortening ticket times by calling out necessary food to the lead line cook.
- Prepping and restocking stations as needed with necessary items to succeed during a busy shift.
- Must be able to handle high pressure situations.
