- Float between Step Down and Med-Surg Units.
- May be required to float to acute rehab units.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Efficiently assess and monitor patient status and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
