Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Care
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Care team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department (ED).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver effective patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations swiftly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills during emergency situations.
- Ensure patient comfort and advocate for their needs while in the ED.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Emergency Care required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in emergency nursing care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in [State/Country].
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
