MedSurg/ER RN – Acute Care (Contract)
Location: CHI St Alexius Health Carrington Medical Center
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week (Every Other Weekend; First to Float)
Experience: 1 year in a similar setting

Seeking an experienced MedSurg/ER RN to deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, emergency interventions, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Unit Details:
- Department: MedSurg/ER/Outpatient
- Trauma Level: 5 STEMI Receiving
- Beds: 25 | Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4
- Average ER Patients Per Day: 3-5
- Common Diagnoses: Chest pain, stroke, trauma, CHF, COPD, CKD, diabetes
Requirements:
- License & Certifications: Active RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Charting System: Meditech
- Radius Rule: Must live 50 miles from the facility and not hold a role with CommonSpirit (CHI/Dignity)
