Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced ICU Nurse to join our team in the heart of our hospital’s critical care unit. In this role, you'll care for patients with complex heart conditions, managing life-saving interventions and delivering exceptional care. With a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll work with a dedicated, compassionate team to make a difference in our patients’ lives.
Key Details:
- Patient Ratio: 1:1-2 (90% of the time, it will be 1:2)
- Charge Nurse: Yes, but no patient assignment for the Charge Nurse
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, no holiday requirement currently (subject to change)
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Telemonitoring: GE Monitors
- Ventilators: Yes
- Hospitalist or Intensivist: Hospitalist available 24/7
- IV Team: No
- RT Team: Available 24/7
- Pharmacy: Available 24/7
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
