Job Description:
RNs for Surgical Ortho Unit/ Med Surg with surgical post operative experience. Charge Nurse experience would be helpful. MUST HAVE CURRENT WA license. Evening/ Night, 12 hr shifts, 1900 - 07:30.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a Med Surg/Oncology unit.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and response to treatments.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures in compliance with physician orders and hospital policies.
- Deliver patient education regarding treatments, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Float to other units as required by staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Cerner charting system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
- Certifications: BLS (current and active) . COVID-19 vaccination required.
- License: Must hold an active RN license for submission.
Notes:
- Experience with Epic charting is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
