Location: Dickinson, ND
Shift: Day Shift (3x12)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our healthcare team in Dickinson, ND for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons and medical teams during procedures by ensuring a sterile environment and properly handling surgical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures as needed.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Monitor and account for surgical instruments and sponges before and after procedures.
• Assist in positioning patients and preparing the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
• Certification (CST) through NBSTSA preferred.
• Proficiency in various surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available for day shift (3x12 schedule) and commit to a 13-week contract.
