Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s software solutions by gathering and analyzing business requirements, assisting with project coordination, and performing various forms of testing.
Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Development team as a Business Analyst. This role involves gathering business and system requirements, assisting in project planning, and supporting the development of new feature requests. The Business Analyst will also conduct various types of testing, including unit, system, regression, and integration testing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and process improvement, along with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Industry: This position is part of the Product Development team, dedicated to delivering advanced cross-media publishing and communications solutions across various industries. .
Responsibilities: Successful candidates must perform complex analysis, recommend solutions for disruptions in production systems, and provide input into moderately complex technical designs and proposed customer solutions. Other essential responsibilities include:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support system enhancements and new feature development
- Assisting with project coordination to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Supporting the execution of various types of testing, including unit, system, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Aiding in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
- Developing a strong understanding of the company’s systems, products, and industry needs
- Participating in meetings with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations
- Conducting data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
- Handling other projects as assigned
Experience: Candidates must have two years’ relevant work experience or have recently graduated from college and have strong referrals.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred. Equivalent work experience, along with excellent references, will also be considered.

- Familiarity with database systems and data analysis tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall preferred)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus
