Talent Acquisition Coordinator, 33 Lewis Rd Shift Day Hours per week: 0 Salary range: $19.37 - $28.09 per hour, depending on experience. Overview This is a temporary, on-site, position at UHS to support the Talent Acquisition team. The TA Coordinator provides excellent services to our candidates throughout the recruiting and post-offer/onboarding process. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will: Partner with the Provider Recruiters to schedule on-site interviews, including prepare travel arrangements and interview itineraries. Proactively work with post-offer individuals in helping them through the onboarding process while collaborating with our Provider Liaison team. Ensure proper documentation is completed, appointments are scheduled, and regular contact made with our newly hired providers. Manage multiple candidates at various steps in the onboarding process and ensuring each are receiving exceptional services. Coordinate and support the in-person new employee orientation with the Provider Liaison team. Work with the entire HR team to address and resolve issues and challenges. Take on other duties and activities that are routine in nature as time and availability exist. Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Read, write, and speak English fluently Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Strong understanding of the customer, ability to solve problems and communicate clearly in a positive manner Intermediate to advanced computer skills Demonstrate ability to handle highly confidential information Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain a very high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment Preferred: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Working knowledge of HR systems, including Workday Experience working in Human Resources, Payroll or Finance License/Certification Minimum Required: Not Applicable Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP About United Health Services United Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York’s Southern Tier region.
