Home health Aide, UHS Home Care Ideal Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $15.00 - $20.74 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Provides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of a a Registered Nurse. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to their assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care. #IND2 Education/Experience Minimum Required: HS Diploma/GED and successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee program OR Current CNA Certification (no HS diploma/GED required if have current CNA certification) Preferred: None License/Certification Minimum Required: Valid CNA Certification – change valid to Current to match above OR Obtain CNA within 12 months upon completion of CNA trainee program About United Health Services United Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York’s Southern Tier region.
