This position is responsible for providing indirect client care, case management services such as discharge planning and continuum of care functions. Core functions are specific to specialty programs. Other duties may be assigned under the discretion of the Director of Clinical Services.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Current CPR or Handle with Care certification, or obtained within three (3) weeks of hire.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Must have documented experience working with children and adolescents.
2. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate in a clear, concise manner with referral sources, hospital staff and the public, as well as provide accurate and timely documentation and record keeping.
3. Good organizational and time management skills to cope with a fast-paced environment and frequent interruptions, complex schedules and fluctuations in a census is required.
