Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO.  Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

The Outpatient Services Clinical Manager works in conjunction with and at the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services to provide clinical and administrative oversite of all outpatient programs, as well as direct clinical support to therapists, patients, and families. Also responsible for step-down navigation.

Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work required.

Experience: 2 years providing direct behavioral health care required.  Experience with high acuity mental health populations preferred.  Experience facilitating therapy and psychoeducational groups preferred.  Experience providing clinical supervision preferred. healthcare operations and/or administrative experience preferred.

Licensure: LCSW required.
