Horizon Health, the nation’s leading behavioral health contract management services, in partnership with Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, AZ is seeking a full-time Community Education Manager for the inpatient behavioral health program.
Responsibilities include development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing program for Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center’s inpatient behavioral health services, including the marketing and referral development process through relationship building with referral sources, data analysis and planning, collateral development, and special events coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, marketing professional with at least two years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, with the proven ability to enhance the utilization of program services. This is not a remote position and extensive local travel is required.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel locally/regionally 75% to 85%
- Three years of experience in a similar position and/or industry
- Proficient in software applications
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to read and comprehend moderate to complex instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write detailed correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Program leadership, employees, clients, providers, vendors, etc.
