The Director of Performance Improvement plans, coordinates, directs and carries out activities related to the facility-wide performance and quality improvement program and processes.

Qualifications
Education/Training:
- Master’s degree, preferred in Psychiatric/health care field
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalent
- CPR Certification
Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- Performance Improvement – Master’s level, licensed professional, or RN License in the State of Florida
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, country, state, and federal guidelines regarding Employee Health and Infection Control.
- Knowledge of Epidemiology and infectious diseases
- Analyses of data to improve performance, reduce risk, and provide safe and quality patient care.
- Act as an educator regarding best practice and regulatory guidelines.
- Sensitive and aware of diverse cultures and their practices.
