Responsibilities The Vines Hospital is currently recruiting for a full time Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development is responsible for the sales planning, implementation, and monitoring of the marketing plan for the facility. Represents the facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within the identified market service areas. Directs the efforts of the Business Development Representatives and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the facility. Extensive travel required and Irregular/long hours may be required occasionally.

Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years in Marketing and Sales and two (2) years supervisory experience required. Prior health care marketing experience preferred.
