$8,000 Sign-On-Bonus
$3,000 annually for Student Loan Reimbursement
Prairie St. John's, a 132-bed psychiatric care facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997. Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient services. Accredited by The Joint Commission, we are the largest, freestanding behavioral health facility in the region. More than 4000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Prairie St. John's.
Prairie St. John's currently has a full time opening for a mental health therapist working primarily in our inpatient treatment program. Floating to outpatient adult and child/adolescent programs is possible.
- Monday-Friday (Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm).
- It is required to work 1 holiday/year and required to work up to 4-5 weekends per year as well.

Qualifications
Mental Health Therapist Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Superb documentation skills
- Good communication and relationship skills including the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust
