Health Information Analyst PRN:
The Health Information Analyst functions as an integral member of the health information management team by ensuring the quality maintenance of medical records and patient information, within the standards set up by the department and the facility. This position will focus primarily on inpatient chart processing but should be able to move on to outpatient chart processing and release of information procedures.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in a health care facility.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm is required.
Basic knowledge of ICD-10 coding policies and procedures preferred Certified Coding Association (CCA) certification or willing to obtain within one year of employment.
