Accountable for accurately and timely processing (prep, scan, quality check, and validate) electronic inpatient, outpatient, and ER records. Answer and process phone and computer requests in a timely manner. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED | Excellent verbal communication skills |
