- Kirkland Campus 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
- Everett Campus 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
- Monroe Campus 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
Details
- Manageable and Sustainable Caseload Inpatient Adolescent caseload of 15 encounters per day.
- Flexible Schedule Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
- Primary Duties Initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
- Work-Life Balance Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
- Leadership and Growth Opportunities Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.
- Job type Full time employed W-2 position.
- Salary range $330,000-$350,000

- PTO 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
- CME 5 paid days reimbursable expenses.
- Other compensation Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available.
- Education MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
- Certifications BE/BC General Psychiatry (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly preferred).
- Licensure Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
- Credentialing Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
