• Kirkland Campus 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Details

• Manageable and Sustainable Caseload Inpatient Adolescent caseload of 15 encounters per day.
• Flexible Schedule Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
• Primary Duties Initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
• Work-Life Balance Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
• Leadership and Growth Opportunities Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Job type Full time employed W-2 position.
• Salary range $330,000-$350,000
• Benefits Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, etc.
• Malpractice insurance Included
• PTO 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
• CME 5 paid days reimbursable expenses.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

• Education MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Certifications BE/BC General Psychiatry (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly preferred).
• Licensure Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
• Credentialing Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
