Position Details:

• Full-Time Night shift - Monday through Friday

Your goals and objectives include:

• Provide and efficient point of contact for queries from potential patients, families of potential patients, and professionals wanting to refer a potential patient to the inpatient programAttend weekly Admissions
• Meeting to alert attending staff of upcoming discharges, potential admissions; Direct weekly Admissions Meeting when the Admissions Director is out of the office
• Distribute all requested information to potential patients, their families, or referring professionals in a timely manner.
• Direct potential patients to clinical directors or assigned clinical staff for assessment and approval before admission
• Schedule and coordinate admissions, assisting with travel arrangements and providing any pre-admission information as needed

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, CSW, RN
• Masters prepared Mental Health Therapist (Qualified Mental Health Professional)
• Associate/Bachelor/Masters prepared Nurse (Qualified Mental Health Professional)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention.
• Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah licensure.
• *MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER*
