Position Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates with the Registered Nurse to follow the nursing process in providing nursing care. Education of the patient is a major focus through formal lectures, informal counseling and education of the patient/family/significant support system

Qualifications
Education: Licensed in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience: Psychiatric experience with adolescents preferred, but not required
Other knowledge/skills: Strong communication and listening skills. Able to project a positive image and reflect a high degree of professionalism.
