Position Summary:
Join a team where the PRN Receptionist greets and assists hospital visitors, answers the multi-line switchboard, documents incoming deliveries, processes incoming and outgoing mail and provides clerical support as requested. The Receptionist mayassist with deposits, assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions. This is a PRN position to assist with coverage for the receptionist/PBX desk between 8a-10:30p M-F, or weekends 9a-9p. Scheduled PRN hours as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
