Regional Finance Director ROC FT

POSITION SUMMARY:

Interacts with the multiple departments across the system, ensuring proper utilization of capital and operating resources in accordance with Corporate and Region financial policies and procedures.  Supervise multiple shared service departments across the system/region.   Participates in various committee/meetings across the hospital/system/region and corporate.   Assists in the financial modeling, business development and acquisition projects as needed.   Completes financial projections, prepares related materials including analytics, pro formas and other materials as required.  Independent judgment necessary.  Supervisor is usually available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

8 to 10 years of financial experience in an Acute care setting.
5 to 8 years of supervisory or management experience.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to direct accounting resources and coordinate the completion of financial deliverables.
Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to
oversee numerous priorities.

Effective verbal and written communication and collaboration.
Computer hardware/software skills required. 
 

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
CPA preferred.
MBA preferred.
