About the Role
The Midwest Center for Youth and Families is seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our residential program. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients aged 10-18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy to support patient recovery.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including initial and master treatment plans, with updates as necessary.
- Collaborate with patients' families and referral sources to ensure appropriate discharge planning and aftercare.
- Represent the facility at court hearings when required.
- Attend weekly staffing meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future interventions.
