Responsibilities:
- Clinical assessment and treatment of designated patients on assigned units
- Discharge planning and participation as a member of multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, promoting open communication and verbalization of feelings to increase self-awareness and problem resolution
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work with licensure as a social worker in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical expertise in individual, group, family, and marital therapy
- Previous experience in case management discharge planning, psychiatric inpatient experience preferred; strong writing and communications skills
