What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Admissions Registrar Pre-Services Full Time Days position at UHS?
Responsible to greet patients cordially, register patients efficiently, perform initial financial screening and counseling, obtain all needed signatures, and inform patients of Hospital admission and financial responsibilities, collect money due at the time of service. Converts outpatient to inpatient status and assigns correct bed, patient status and initiates authorization process. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent

Must be willing to learn duties and responsibilities of other positions within the Admissions Department and to float to these positions when assigned | Must be flexible in work schedule showing ability to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts as needed for appropriate departmental coverage |
