POSITION SUMMARY: Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, house supervisor, and charge nurse attends to patient's direct care needs and performs tasks as delegated. Assists in delivering treatment, safety, and activities of daily living as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Performs duties assigned of observation rounding, medical procedures, leads topic specific groups, manages milieu, training new employees, documentation, and safety rounds.

- Participates in the implementation of the Plan of Care
- Performs clinical skills based on specific patient populations
- Performs timely and accurate clinical documentation and communication
- Assures patient's rights and safety concerns are identified and considered
- Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups
- Provides transportation for Partial Hospital patients and attends to partial hospital patient needs

Qualifications
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and maintain certification throughout employment
- Must possess one of the following:
- 2 years’ experience providing patient care
- EMT Certification
- Medical Assistant Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
