Job Summary: 

Provides assistance to the nurses in the ICU/ Telemetry units with interpretation of cardiac rythms of patients under the direct supervision of a nurse.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Required : Must have completed a rythm recognition course approved by the facility.
  • Required: C N A, MA or equivalent education/training
  • Preferred: EMT (B, I or P)
  • Current BLS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
