Therapeutic Mentor / Support Staff – In Home Therapy Program

Fuller Hospital is seeking full-time and part-time support staff for our In Home Therapy Program. This is an amazing opportunity for bachelor’s level staff to assist in providing therapeutic services. The wealth of knowledge gained from this role is invaluable if you are looking to pursue a career in the counseling/social work field!

The In Home Therapy Program is located at Fuller Hospital in Attleboro. In-Home Therapists provide therapeutic services in the client’s home. We service youth up to age 21 and their families with managing various behavioral and mental health needs in order to improve the family’s ability to facilitate the youth’s functioning in the home and in the community. This will include implementation of various therapeutic interventions, parent coaching, crisis intervention, psycho-ed., etc.

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse

• Education: bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years working with children/adolescents
• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience preferred
