What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRAINING/EDUCATION COORD position at UHS?
This full time position will focus on ensuring the miliue programs are adhered to as outlined. The person will condcut camera reveiws for the purposes of on-going training of milieu staff and ensure program fidelity. They will also interface with state licensing representatives and must be able to communicate our program accurately and thoroughly. They will also work on subission of IR's as required. This position will primarily be during day hours, but some nights and weekends may be reuired to meet the trianing needs of the facility.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification include:
High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
5 years experience, in a similar role, in a therapeutic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attendance record
Must be able to work with all levels of staff
